System Requirements

We take a broad view of system requirements. In addition to the usual specifications of logical steps, inputs, outputs, and data, we specify the roles that people must play, the commitments that must be fulfilled in playing those roles, and the coordination of action among people, between people and machines, and among machines. We use a model-based approach for capturing these requirements in an integrated repository that can then be used as the basis for RFPs for off the shelf software; for building custom systems; and for integrating various systems.

Depending on a customer's needs, our role can vary from providing general guidance to providing all of the effort necessary to complete the requirements, develop the RFPs, and guide our customers through a system selection process.
