Tom Goodell is CEO of Integrated Knowledge Systems, Inc. (IKS). He is well known for his work in establishing sustainable high performance in teams, individuals and organizations using IKS’s Whole Systems Design methodology. Tom has served as an executive, management and team coach; strategic planning facilitator; and problem-solving facilitator in a wide variety of organizations, including entrepreneurial businesses, large corporations, government, education, and not-for-profit institutions. He teaches workshops in Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Team Coordination, and Enterprise Systems Architecture. He is the author of five books and numerous articles on information technology, and is currently working on a book on establishing sustainable high performance organizations. He received executive and management coaching certification from The Newfield Network, Inc. He has also received extensive leadership and somatic coaching training from Strozzi Institute.
Tom is an active member of the Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA). With Kate Rubin, MHTA President, he is the co-designer and co-facilitator of its ACE Leadership Program. He also serves on MHTA’s Education Committee.
Mary Kloehn is President of Integrated Knowledge Systems, Inc. (IKS). She is known for her ability to build high performance teams at all levels throughout an organization, for creating and executing strategic and tactical business plans that achieve outstanding results, and for creating cultures that bring creativity and vitality to the workplace. Mary is an accomplished business leader with a proven track record of building performance, leadership and profitability in competitive and rapidly changing environments. Prior to joining Integrated Knowledge Systems, Inc., Mary was Senior Vice President for the Midwest Region of Right Management Consultants, a $450M human capital consulting firm.
Mary has also led the organizational consulting division of a boutique workforce consulting firm which provided organizational effectiveness services, as well as executive coaching, leadership development and change solutions. Mary has had a variety of roles during her career. She worked in the intelligence community both in Washington D.C. and in Latin America for the United States government. She has also provided strategic leadership in corporate settings, having worked as Vice President of Operations and as Vice President of Training and Development in both the retail and fashion industries, and she has run her own business.
Susan Motzko is a Principal with Integrated Knowledge Systems, Inc. (IKS). She brings a unique set of coaching and training skills that come from more than 15 years managing senior-level client relationships in the health care and financial services industries blended with long-time study of human behavior and human development. Prior to joining IKS, Susan was Vice President-Institutional Trust for U.S. Bank. As Vice President, her focus was developing and managing relationships with U.S. Bank’s corporate trust clients. Throughout her career, a key component of her work has involved educating business executives about financial planning and investments. Susan completed transformational and transactional coaching training and received her coaching certification through The Newfield Network in Boulder, Colorado.
Susan delivers workshops, executive coaching, and team coaching services to IKS clients. A life-long horsewoman, Susan co-facilitates IKS’ Equus Program, an experiential, accelerated learning approach to developing participants’ personal and/or team leadership abilities and effectiveness.
