IKS' Foundations of High Performance Teams programs are designed to meet this challenge at the executive and management level by developing and enhancing the performance skills of leadership teams through deep, transformational experiential learning.

· Significantly greater skill at managing difficult customer and/or internal staff situations by recognizing and effectively working with the emotional context that arises under such circumstances.

Program "flow" is customized for each client based on their needs and the pace at which the team/group moves through the material. Program sessions are designed to build on one another, consistently deepening the learning from prior sessions while adding new content.
"Equine Assisted Learning" is a tool IKS uses to enhance a leader's personal effectiveness through carefully structured, interactive exercises that involve their whole 'selves' - senses, perceptions, emotions, and mind/body reactions in partnership with a horse. Horses "see through" our unique human ability to say one thing with our mouths and something completely different with our bodies. They offer direct, immediate feedback on how an individual's (or team's) presence and focus affect results......and what happens when you shift/change your presence and focus.
The Equus Program guides participants to experience:
· How a shift in physical presence can change results
· How to become more consistent/congruent in the actions they take
· What it feels like to create an inspiring leadership presence
· What it feels like to truly "engage" with others
